John Erwin is a member of AZ Artist Guild, the AZ Watercolor Association, and a Signature member of the Contemporary Watercolorists of AZ, and coordinates the Open Studio for AAG. John possesses a wealth of watercolor experience among other artistic values. John has over 40 years of instructing and more than five years at Shemer Art Center. He now teaches watercolor, sketching, and printmaking. He has a long list of accomplishments, too many to name. There is never a dull moment in John’s workshops. In this workshop you will create two watercolor paintings. The first will be where we will create a painting and then collage over it with tissue paper, then paint on top of the tissue paper. This will create a stained glass effect over your painting.
Our second painting will be an abstract. I will show you an easy way to discover an abstract design using a very creative process. This will be an energetic, creative class. You don’t want to miss this one!
