Zen Drawing with Tess Mosko Scherer
Tuesday, February 11, 2025 | 6:00pm – 8:00pm

Description:
Participants will create a Neurographic drawing or “ Zen Drawing.” This is a process of drawing that is fun and designed to get you into a state of what is commonly called FLOW very quickly. The process is based on Neurographic drawing discovered and developed by Pavel Piskarev, a Russian psychologist and creativity entrepreneur. He calls it Neurographica, Neuro (brain) and graphic (image).

The benefits of Neurographic drawing are many, although it has been proven to reduces stress and anxiety, it is calming, and is fun. And the results are beautiful.

A brief demonstration followed by hands-on activity where participants will make their own drawing. We will leave time for sharing at the end.
