AAG 2024 Winter Exhibition Entry Form

Check Capitalization and Spelling

Dimensions:   Fill in the numerical value in inches, (width x length x depth). Do not use the symbol for inches or the word inches. If a piece is 16 x 20 x 1 inches, just write 16 x 20 x 1.

Artist Statement:  Use the space below to write your Artist Statement. (maximum 1000 characters including spaces).

TIP:  An artist statement is about your work.  Do not write specifically about your entries, write in broader context of your work.

TIP:  Use your word processing app or program to draft your artist statement.  Use the word count tool in your word processing program or app to track your characters.  Once you are satisfied with your draft, copy and paste your text into the box below.

Hold Harmless Agreement

I have read and understand the entire contents of this Call for Entries and though every effort will be made to protect submitted works of art, I understand that the Arizona Artists Guild cannot be responsible for damaged or loss to either the artwork or any framing. I hereby declare that these submitted pieces have not been accepted in any previous AAG exhibition, and have been completed in the last two years.
