John Erwin is a juried member of the Arizona Artist Guild, the Arizona Watercolor Association, and a Signature member of the Contemporary Watercolorists of Arizona. He is a co-founder of the Pinnacle Peak Painters critique group and a member of the 22×30 Critique Group. He also coordinates the Open Studio for the AAG. He has taught for over 40 years and now teaches watercolor, sketching, and printmaking. He has been an instructor at the Shemer Art Center for five years. John recently took first place in watercolor at the Arizona State Fair.    

 

 

 

In this workshop, we will be painting seascapes of wind, rain, and rocks. Sketches of some of the scenes will be sent to registered students prior to the workshop so that they can be sketched onto your watercolor paper.  We will have fun, snacks, and make great memories and paintings.
