I love painting Dogs!
They say dogs are a man’s best friend.

Our dogs will follow us wherever we go, lying at our feet while we work, protecting property when not there, faithfully waiting for us to return then greeting us enthusiastically when we do.

They show us absolute unconditional love, so why would we not want to immortalize them on canvas?

In this workshop, I will show you how to capture not only their likeness but their personality as well.

Florine Duffield is an international award-winning photographer, oil painter and instructor. Her images have appeared in galleries and private collections throughout the US and the UK.  She has owned and operated commercial photography and fine art studios in Dallas, TX; New York City; Arizona, and the United Kingdom. Her career started in the 1960s in New York City.

Florine resides in Sun City, AZ where she paints and teaches art workshops and portrait photography classes.

Education:

Degree in Photography. Ongoing classes at Scottsdale Artist School; Instructors of importance to my growth: Mark Christopher, Bruce Cody, Johanne Mangi, Renee Palmer-Jones, Malcolm Blazer. Many workshops online through Oil Painters of America & Portrait Society of America
