Collage 101 with Cindy Kovack
Have you always wanted to try collage art but didn’t know where to start? Are you wondering how to attach paper applications with your painted works? Have you always wanted to use materials in your paintings but didn’t know how? Using a simple design and collage method it will be far easier to complete this overall process. We’ll also discuss your likes and dislikes in conjunction with your creations and each will receive personal attention
In this workshop you’ll complete a background of techniques and movements while maintaining your cohesive overall design. You will be instructed in collage, transparent acrylic paint application, coordinating colors, dry brushing, antiquing edges, medium application & basic design.
Cindy Kovack is a regular contributor to Somerset Magazine and has been teaching art and mixed media classes across the country for many years.
