AAG 2023-2024 Exhibitions Call for Art

This year AAG will host three Exhibitions:
The Artist of the Month: exhibition opens September 18 and is limited to winners of Artist of the Month for 2022-2023.
Winter Exhibition call for art and prospectus are listed on this page. This exhibition is open to all members of Arizona Artists Guild. The entry form will be posted here September 17 when art work can be submitted.
The 13th Annual Statewide Exhibition.

The 2023 AAG Winter Exhibition is open to all members of Arizona Artists Guild.

Important Dates
Exhibition Dates: November 14 – December 19, 2023
Entry Dates: September 17 – October 17, 2023 | midnight
Notification of accepted/non-accepted work to artist: Wednesday November 1, 2023
Drop Off Accepted Artwork: Sunday November 12, 2023 | 11 – 2pm.
Other times available by prior appointment. All artwork must be at AAG by 2pm Sunday November 12, 2023
Opening Reception and Award Ceremony: Sunday, November 19, 2023 | 2:00-4:00 pm
Pick up artwork: Tuesday, December 19, 2023 | 4-6pm Wednesday, December 20, 2023 | 11 -1pm before open studio

Awards A total of $900 in prize money will be awarded! $500 –
Best in Show $250 – Award of Excellence
$150 – Award of Merit

Accepted works will be chosen based on quality and the individual artist’s mastery of the medium and expression, without preference toward any particular school, style, or technique.

I have read and understand the entire contents of this Call for Entries and though every effort will be made to protect submitted works of art, I understand that the Arizona Artists Guild cannot be responsible for damaged or loss to either the artwork or any framing. I hereby declare that these submitted pieces have not been accepted in any previous AAG exhibition, and have been completed in the last two years.
